Assignment
I was brought in by Onstate to support Ronald Abraham’s first move into digital. A long-established, private fine jewellery house, the brand was transitioning from a relationship-led, offline model into a considered digital presence for the first time. This required foundational thinking around brand, positioning, and how craftsmanship and trust could translate online.
My role focused on the early strategic and creative stages of the project. I led initial workshops and discovery sessions, supported brand development and guidelines, and helped define the digital direction before the project moved into delivery.
The Project
I led discovery and brand workshops, supported the rebrand and guidelines, and defined the website architecture, key pages, and digital concepts to shape the overall online vision.
Once this direction was established, the project was handed over to Onstate’s Shopify Plus team to develop and deliver the site, resulting in a considered digital platform that balanced modern e-commerce with the brand’s heritage and private-client ethos.
