These Terms & Conditions apply to services provided by AF — PM, a UK-based freelance digital project management practice operated by Adam Flanagan.

About AF — PM
AF — PM operates as a sole trader based in Leeds, United Kingdom, providing freelance digital project management, delivery support, and account direction services to agencies, creative teams, and businesses across the UK.
Services
I provide freelance support including (but not limited to):
Digital project management
Delivery and operations support
Account and client direction
Workshops, discovery, and consultancy
Services may be delivered on a day rate, retainer, or fixed-price basis, depending on the agreed scope.
Specific details, timelines, and deliverables will be confirmed in writing before work begins.
Right to Refuse Work
AF — PM reserves the right to refuse or discontinue work at any time if a project is deemed unsuitable, outside scope, or where working conditions become unreasonable or unsafe.
No Guarantee of Outcomes
While I apply professional care and experience to all work, AF — PM cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as:
Sales performance
Delivery deadlines
SEO rankings
Marketing results
Commercial success
Project budget goals
All services are provided on a best-endeavours basis.
Payment Terms
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
A pro-forma invoice will be issued 7 days before the end of the month
Payment is expected by the last working day of that month
Payment terms may vary by project and will be confirmed in advance
Late payments may result in paused or delayed work.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed:
All final deliverables become the client’s property once full payment has been received
AF — PM retains the right to display project descriptions, screenshots, and logos on af-pm.com and social media for promotional and search engine optimisation purposes, unless a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is in place and/or otherwise agreed
Limitation of Liability
AF — PM shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of services or deliverables.
AF — PM is not responsible for service interruptions or data loss caused by third-party software, hosting providers, or platforms used during project delivery.
Liability is limited to the value of fees paid for the relevant service.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
