Assignment
I was brought in by PresentWorks following a new client win, embedding directly into the delivery team. My role was to lead day-to-day project delivery, working across strategy, design, and development while acting as the primary delivery contact for the client.
I was involved from the outset in workshops and discovery, helping shape scope, timelines, and delivery approach for a fast-moving and ambitious programme.
The Project
The work focused on a full re-brand and digital transformation, delivered within a compressed three-month timeline. This included brand foundations, tone of voice, identity development, creative systems, and a complete website rebuild across all key touch-points.
Despite the scale, the project was delivered on time and within budget, exceeding expectations. The success of the initial engagement led to a long-term partnership, evolving into multi-year retainers and sprint-based work across PPC, SEO, content, social, landing pages, campaigns, analytics, and ongoing website optimisation.
